Account Security
3.1 Password Protection
Always keep your 399det account login credentials confidential. Never share your password, username, or account details with anyone else. You will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access to your account, but you must report it to our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account. If a third party accesses your account because you did not log out of your device or left your login details unattended, those transactions will be considered valid.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
399det offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 120% bonus of up to ৳20,000 is given on the first deposit. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳34,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳54,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means the bonus cannot be withdrawn until bets totalling ten times the bonus amount have been completed.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each member may benefit from each promotion only once.
- Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in account closure.
- Bonuses may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
- 399det reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers without prior notice.

5.4 VIP Program
399det has a four-tier VIP program for loyal members. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver Tier: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold Tier: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum Tier: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and contributions on the platform. 399det reserves the right to determine and change VIP status according to its own evaluation criteria.
Betting Rules
6.1 Validity of Bets
A bet will only be considered valid when it has been confirmed by the 399det system and there was sufficient balance in your account. If a bet remains incomplete due to network issues or other technical errors, it will be considered void and funds will be returned.
6.2 Incorrect Odds or Information
If incorrect odds, bonus amounts, or any other information are displayed due to a technical error, 399det reserves the right to cancel transactions completed under those terms. In such cases, the member's original deposit amount will be returned.
6.3 Bet Limits
399det may set minimum and maximum bet limits for various games and events. These limits will be displayed on the relevant game page and may change at any time.
6.4 Disputes Regarding Results
In the event of a dispute over the result of any game or betting event, 399det's technical records will be considered the final proof. Any objection must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the result being announced.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399det platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and all funds may be forfeited:
- Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account in a single person's name is strictly prohibited.
- Cheating and Fraud: Using any software, bots, scripts, or technology to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Money Laundering: Depositing or withdrawing using illegal funds is prohibited.
- Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses in violation of bonus terms or under multiple identities is prohibited.
- Collusion: Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Hacking and Cyber Attacks: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems is prohibited.
- Registration by Minors: Opening or operating an account on behalf of anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited.
- Third-Party Funds: Using funds belonging to anyone other than the account holder is prohibited.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 399det's Right to Suspend
399det may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Providing false information
- Failure to complete KYC verification
- Detection of suspicious financial activity
- Attempting to collect bonuses fraudulently
8.2 Member's Own Account Closure Request
Any member may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the available balance may be withdrawn subject to fulfillment of all pending wagering requirements.
8.3 Account Recovery
To recover a suspended account, the member must contact the 399det support team. The account will not be restored until 399det's investigation is complete.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Nature of the Service
